At TRP Cycling, we stand behind the precision and performance of our braking systems and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused TRP components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and bleed blocks are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
